  5. What are the burning regulations in the City of Troy?
    The City of Troy has a burn ordinance. Anyone wishing to burn should contact the Troy Fire Department to get a burn permit. The ordinance allows for the burning of wood, leaves and paper products. If approved by the department no petroleum based or other products can be burned in the City of Troy.
