Pre-Trial Diversion Program

The City of Troy Municipal Court offers Pre-Trial Diversion Programs for several charges and qualifying individuals. Your consideration for the program will not be considered until your application is formally submitted to the court and the application fee
is paid in full. The application fee is $50 (non-refundable).

We also offer Vertans Court for Veterans that suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome as a diversionary program. Consideration for this program will not considered until the application is formally submitted to the court and the application fee is paid in full. You may print and fill out the application  here.
