Join the Troy Historic Photographs and Postcards Project, a collaborative effort involving many Troy history enthusiasts submitting digital records to make them free for everyone. Anyone can submit a historical photograph of Troy. Just email historic photographs and postcards in jpeg format to the Planning Department or by clicking HERE with any date, location, individual, and other information you may have. By emailing the historic photograph or postcard you are agreeing to have it displayed on this website and for use by the City of Troy.
