All leaves, grass clippings, and pine straw must be separated from limbs, twigs and other debris for recycling, and placed in orderly piles within six (6) feet of the road edge, but not placed in the road of gutters.
It shall the be the responsibility of all fence companies, tree surgeons, pulpwood contractors, nurseries and landscape contractors or any individual or company doing work on private property to remove from premises all residue and rubbish resulting from such work.
